The Project:
Clare Street is a development project in Croydon led by JTDODD, which perfectly showcases our knack for viewing a space and creating a vision of how might be maximised in terms of function and aesthetic, before faultlessly seeing it through to fruition with exceptional results.

The Plan:
It all began after we purchased a 700m2 block of land containing one run down single-storey dwelling. We wanted to completely revitalise the space and so commenced work with with local town planners on the design of two brand new, ultra-modern weatherboard properties. Utilising our exemplary project management skills, we demolished the existing building and the two new structures were standing in their place within five months.

The Results:
Clare Street now boasts a pair of charming new four-bedroom, two-bathroom homes, bursting with character, while maintaining an air of refined style and luxury. Each has an impressive double-storey façade, behind which sits an intelligently designed interior with open living and dining space, soaring 2.7m ceilings, and the highest quality fixtures and finishes throughout.

In each of the two properties, three of the four sizeable bedrooms boast built-in robes, with one enjoying the added benefit of a lux en-suite bathroom. What’s more, the designated downstairs study, storage-equipped laundry and additional second-storey retreat all serve to add extra functionality to the properties and specifically support modern living.
